Payment can be made by e-transfer, or by cheque for in-person appointments. Please note, credit cards and debit cards are not accepted. I offer direct billing to Alberta Blue Cross and the Alberta School Employee Benefit Plan. I am also a provider with the Physician and Family Support Program. For other insurance plans, you can submit your receipt (paid invoice) directly to your plan for reimbursement. Plans vary in their coverage for psychology services, so please check with your plan administrator ahead of your appointment if you have questions regarding your coverage.

Cancellation and missed appointment policy: because each booked appointment represents a full hour reserved for that individual client and cannot be filled by walk-in clients like in some other settings, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the appointment. With less than 48 hours' notice, a $100 fee may be charged. The full session fee of $225 may apply to missed (no-show) appointments. These fees are waived in emergency situations. Please note that insurance plans do not cover these types of fees.
